Some of y’all may know that lil old me has dropped some pounds, at the beginning of the year I decided enough is enough and said good bye to my old lifestyle. Since then I have lost three and gained a lot of knowledge about food. I know what my body likes and responds to, I am still learning on what it needs to look its total best!!
I have just felt like talking to you all about some of my thoughts on my journey so far.

I totally feel you! As I’ve gotten older, I’ve seen & FELT how food & exercise affects my body. It’s so much easier gaining the weight, than losing it now. Even if I slip a little! It’s truly one of a woman’s ultimate tests to becoming a stronger person! Good luck to you (and me haha)!
Definatey I feel so much better when I eat healthy as soon as I eat junk I know straight away. Yes its all about choices we are all human and have our lil mishaps but just got to keep going. Thanks hun all the best on your journey 🙂
