So you know I love food and I love to cook but sometimes I don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen creating magic. Sometimes it can be oh so simple and it SHOULD be!!! So yes you only need the 4 ingredients you see above in the image and If you love creamy sauces and don’t want none of the dairy I am telling you that you need to make this NOW. I promise you will not regret making this sauce it is DELISH!!!
1 CUP RAW UNSALTED CASHEWS
1 CUP PLANT MILK*
3 TO 4 GARLIC CLOVES*
1 TSP HIMALAYAN PINK SALT
* i used rice milk but you can use others such as almond, coconut or oat milk.
* i was adding other veggies to my pasta after so i roasted my garlic cloves a long with them. I would highly RECOMMEND this but it isn’t necessary.
HOW TO MAKE
THE LONGEST PART OF THIS RECIPE IS SOAKING THE CASHEWS OVER NIGHT BUT IF YOU WANT THE QUICK VERSION YOU CAN SOAK YOUR CASHEWS IN BOILING WATER FOR HALF AN HOUR TO AN HOUR OR UNTIL THEY PLUMP UP.
THE REST IS LIGHT WORK YOU JUST BLEND EVERYTHING UP IN A FOOD PROCESSOR OR BLENDER until smooth. THEN POUR iNTO YOUR cooked PASTA add what ever you like AND HEAT THROUGH..
THEN BAMMMM YOU HAVE THIS DREAMY SAUCE THAT IS JUST HEAVENLY!!
