I don’t know about you but don’t you just love it when you find exactly what you want?! So let’s talk about cereal yeah you know that good crunchy stuff, supposedly a breakfast food but fits perfectly with those snack needs. I don’t buy cereal unless it’s oats or the occasional small box of gluten free cereal.
I stopped having cereal a long time ago now simply because 90% of the stuff on the shelves is packed full of wheat and sugar. In a sensible and perfect world you want to stay away. but in my vegan world where I make everything from scratch, and I try to stay away from wheat and refined sugar, sometimes you want to dash food in a bowl splash on milk and call it a day.
so after half a box in two days (the Mr had some too) I reflect on life and ask myself was it worth it? Yes it was and I’m off to buy another box soon at £1.19 from aldi it would be rude not to. Off for a jog first though or maybe I will just chill on the sofa. Moral of the story is don’t let anyone tell you that you ate too much cereal.
