So first all this carrot juice wasn’t even for me, as lovely as it is I whipped it up for the mr. It all started when I was throwing down some traditional caribbean food but my way of course. I got into the jamaican spirit and next thing you know there some sweet, creamy and aromatic carrot juice made. This really is simple and can be made in 5 to 10 mins so let me show you how to hook it up right now!
Jamaican Carrot Juice
Serves 1 large glass or two small
Preparation time 10-15 minutes
Cooking time 0 minutes
ingredients
6 carrots
2 cups of water
3 heaped tbs Condensed Coconut Milk*
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
A sprinkle of nutmeg
how to make

Peel and wash you carrots.

Grate the carrots and add them to your blender a long with the water.

blend until smooth with no lumps.

strain the mix through a strainer or cheesecloth.

Rinse out your blender and add the strained mixture back into the blender.

Add in your condensed coconut milk, cinnamon and nutmeg then blend.

Pour into a glass, sprinkle a little nutmeg on top if you want to be fancy & enjoy SIMPLES!!
Tips
* If you can’t get your hands on condensed coconut milk you can sub coconut milk & sugar.
