One woman’s rubbish is another woman’s treasure!!

Happy Friday!!!

Not sure if you all know but I have been trialling various hair products for the past 6 months. My pocket is definitely lighter but how are you going to know if something works if you don’t try it!!

Now this diva-ish hair of mine can take a few weeks to get used to a product but sometimes can give them a straight hell no. I have a list of products which I originally called “rejects” my hair just didn’t respond very well to these products. But as these are great brands instead of telling you all how they didn’t work for me, I want to tell yall how they can work for you.

So lets get started…..

First up we have…

Jason Moisturising Aloe Vera Shampoo – This is an all natural shampoo which has a fresh clean scent and has good lather for those of you who like lather. If you are looking for a non sulphate shampoo which cleans the hair but doesn’t strip it this is the one to go for. Also it comes in a very big bottle its under £10 so worth the small price tag is worth it!

Jason Smoothing Sea kelp conditioner- This has a very sweet scent and creamy texture not to heavy and not too light. If you like to mix an oil with your conditioner this is definitely one to go for. Its under £10

Giovanni Smooth as Silk Conditioner- This is very light and easy to distribute, if your are the type that doesn’t like a heavy conditioner this is the one to go for and again it has all natural ingredients. Under £10

Shea Moisture Moisture Retention Shampoo- This is an all natural shampoo which lather up really easy the smell is quite strong but pleasant. If you are like a natural shampoo that brings softness with no sulphate this is definitely one to go for. This shampoo lasts for ages, I got the Mr using this shampoo and he loves it!!

Shea Moisture Restorative Conditioner- If you like a nice light conditioner that rinses easily and makes your hair soft, try this out it could be just what you need in your routine.

Shea Moisture Curl Enhancing Smooth- This smells gorg its thick and creamy this goes hand in hand with a lighter leave it with some oil to seal.

The Shea Moisture line are great natural products with tons of good stuff packed into them. They cost just over £10 but last for ages.

TRESemme Naturals Nourishing Moisture Conditioner- For you running scared silicone haters this is for all of yall, with no silicones in sight you can happily condition till your heart’s content.

Mahogany Naturals Luscious Hair Milk- This is light, smells lovely and great with a thicker styler on top, if you like a base which isn’t to thick this is the one to go for.

I hope this list was helpful as there are some great products out there just waiting for you to try them.

As they say just because it doesn’t work for me doesn’t mean it won’t work for you!

So get testing and trying and soon you will have your tried and TRUE!!

Like if you likey and feel free to comment 🙂

So I’m back again me being the thinker that I am has millions of thoughts a day but yet I fail to post on here regular enough. But to the rescue is the wonderful WordPress app on my phone yay, now I can blog till my heart is content. Right down to business…..because I get bored veryyyy easy I decided to try some new products (even though its only like a month since the last lot) I reallllyy wanted to try shea moisture and I must say I love them (apart from my straight ends who don’t love them).

Since going au naturel products with less rubbish in them have been more appealing to me. Using pure oils like olive and mango butter and making my own deep conditioners I LOVE it all. I’m still madly crazy in love with my HAIR! If only I knew what I know now then, I would be the queen of hair but all I really want to be is the queen of my hair. The main thing is I found strength and confidence to embrace what was given to me. OWN ITTT WORK ITTT!!
