If you didn’t know already I LOVE FOOD πŸ™‚

Love creating new delicious but still healthy recipes that are simple and not too expensive.

Now I do like a burger and I LOVE chips but I wanted to add my own lil twist and have less unhealthy fat all up in there. So I decided to use turkey mince to create my burgers and sweet potato to create my chips. Let me just say ummmmm ummmmm DELISHΒ you will never eat a beef burger ever again!!!

Who said you can’t eat cake?!

So as you all know it was Mother’s day not so long ago and I have a mummy with a sweet tooth, so I decided it was theΒ perfect time bake and to set myself a challenge. I eat quite healthy and I try to replace ingredients I think I may not be benefiting from like white flour,white, sugar and bad fats. Still have your cake and eat it!

So healthy eating these days can seem like a chore, hard work and just way to expensive but to be honest its only as hard as you make it. I have been eating healthier for some time now cutting out sweet stuff, fast food and anything I don’t benefit from. So a lot more fruit, veg and trying out new ideas and I must say that I absolutely LOVE IT!!!

Now with the whole eating healthy thing comes the whole having to give up things you may have loved to eat before. But to be honest you don’t have to actually CUT OUT the things you love, you can just adapt!!
