when you’re an adult turned vegan any chocolate bars that may of been your favourite back in the day are now off the table. I had a few faves like snickers, twirl, flake, time out, boost and bounty to name a few. I know there are some vegan versions on the market currently, but being that I can’t just pick them up in regular supermarkets, they are a tad pricey and still contain a lot of ingredients that aren’t beneficial, i much prefer to create my own. As you know I am a big fan of creating things myself they are so much more satisfying and you know exactly what it contains. Lately I have been craving a “snickers” caramel, peanuts and chocolate is just the perfect match, so naturally I jumped into the kitchen to satisfy those taste buds. So tis almost that time where we give gifts, hang with the fam and stuff our faces silly. Well I’m sure y’all know by now I’m down for anything where good food is involved, so I got a little something for you. Now Ive been making brownies for a hot minute played around with the recipe and done a few variations on flavour but these were hands down the best. These are perfect for Christmas time with the family, Chocolatey moist brownies paired with gooey caramel and chewy marshmallows food heaven at its finest. I used to love me a flump back in the days, so being able to get my hands on vegan marshmallows well I just had to throw it down in the kitchen with them. Right let’s get brownie creating but don’t eat them all save some for Christmas morning at least.

So salads are probably the easiest thing to whip up right, you just chop everything up dress or undress it throw into a bowl and EAT. But sometimes they are boring feel like you are just eating air and not very satisfying.

Well okay salad may be put a long side other dish but you catch my drift!!!

This salad is my take on tabbouleh its colourful, refreshing, bright, tasty and interesting everything you could  want in a taste bud tickling summer salad. You don’t need many ingredients but you can make a small amount  or a large amount also take and add what you like. A lot of  the time i just eyeball ingredients but here is what I used for this colourful salad.
